“Voting is easy and marginally useful, but it is a poor substitute for democracy, which requires direct action by concerned citizens.” - Howard Zinn

Want to change the world but but don’t see that path through electoral work? If this statement applies to you come to our next meeting where we will discuss L.A. Kaufman’s Direct Action. Our discussion will focus on the the effectiveness of four examples of direct action and the organizational structure of the groups that perform them.

If you haven’t already received your copy of the book contact Andrew and he will take care of you.
